He has also undergone training and certification courses on topics including Six Sigma, Strategic Leadership, Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain.
Extensively into blogging, Chuck has authored various articles on leadership, strategy, team management and operational efficiency for The Wichita Eagle as well as several other business magazines. He is passionate about animal welfare, disaster and humanitarian relief. Chuck is an active pilot and with his wife Jenny, are raising their oldest granddaughter.
