Jeremy is the president of Robinson Capital Corp., a leadership consulting company that provides coaching globally. He is the founder of Blackbird Leadership, a management consulting firm specializing in developing minority and female executives. He is Faculty member & Fellow, Zicklin Leadership Initiative at Baruch College. He is Founder of Executive Coach Academy, an organization that trains psychologists, HR Execs, OD practitioners and business executives in executive coaching. He is one of the founding faculty of iCoachNewYork. He was Co-Academic Director for the Executive Coaching Program at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania as well as a Faculty member of the Columbia University/Teacher’s College Coaching Program.
Jeremy is co-author of Becoming An Exceptional Executive Coach published by AMACOM. He’s a featured executive coach on the videotape “Top Coaches In the USA”. He, Monica McGrath, PhD, and Alan Richter have published assessments for Leaders who Coach and Executive Coaches called the “Coaching Development Assessment”, (used at Wharton Coaching). He is certified in a variety of assessment tools including the Emotional Intelligence 2.0, the Hay-McBer Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI), Hogan Assessments HPI, HDS and MVPI, and many more. He is expert at designing and coaching executives on customized Executive Assessment 360s.
