Problem

A national residential mortgage company was using a manually intensive system to pay mortgage representatives that needed to be replaced.

Solution

Working together with systems, human resources, and originations departments, I developed a system to replace a residential mortgage lender’s manual and error prone system with an automated compensation and incentive program for mortgage representatives. The system was also designed to maximize profitability by increasing flexibility and allowing for incentive and compensation to be directly linked to an individual’s performance.

Result

Manually intensive system was replaced by new automated compensation and incentive program.
