Engagement overview

During client set-up phase, we will general meet 3-4 times within the first month of our relationship - the process will conclude with delivery of a comprehensive financial plan and recommendations to best meet financial goals.  We then assist the client in setting up their on-line website to be able to access all their financial information at 1 place.  This website is a secure, interactive place for the client and us to update, change and project 'what-if' scenarios to stay on top of investment performance, net worth, progress towards goals and much more.  There is also a secure vault for encrypted storage of important documents - all accessible in one secure location.

After set-up phase is complete - we will meet generally 3X per year - May-Sept is goal/investment reviews, Oct-Dec is Tax projections where we can make proactive decisions to impact future tax liabilities, Jan-Apr is tax season where we will complete and file the tax return.
