Prior to her consulting work, Claudia was Assistant Dean of Administration and Student Services at the International Business School at Brandeis University. Currently she works with a variety of organizations in the fields of health care, education, social services, community organizing, community development, philanthropy, finance and consulting services. Since 2007, she has been an independent contractor with Korn Ferry International (formerly Novations) working in their Emerging Leadership Development Program, a comprehensive training and coaching program that supports the development of minority managers and senior managers to prepare them for partnership.
Claudia is a trained mediator with experience in court mediation, trained in Future Search and certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type indicator (MBTI). She has taught at Boston University School of Management and presently is an adjunct faculty member at Boston University School of Public Health where she teaches Organizational Behavior courses.
Claudia is a native of Argentina and can provide all services in English and Spanish. She holds a Master's in Management from Lesley University, a Master's in Museum Studies from City College of the City University of New York, and a B.A. in Education and Art History from Haifa University, Israel.
