Received my MSOD degree from American University. Completed the W. Edwards Deming Institute, Deming Quality Program, banking programs at Cornell, the University of Virginia and taught Management in the American Institute of Banking School. Consulted at UVA in leadership and change management as an adjunct faculty member and have served on boards and advisory boards.
