Edward assumed a leadership role in project meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees, as well as the clients senior management. I have known Eddie for many years, since before Rebel Visions, and I had always hoped for an opportunity to work with him. When that opportunity presented itself, I was not disappointed. Mr. Johnson was first employed by NetWolves in April 2000 and served in the position of Vice President of New Business Development. During this time, Mr. Johnson was responsible for the development of several key initiatives. Eddie was most conscientious and diligent in the performance of his responsibilities. He was also very dedicated in overseeing his projects to their completion. In addition, his honesty, integrity, and devotion were advantageous to the success of his division.

Eddie was well thought of by his peers and staff alike. He provided thorough weekly reports and was always willing to tackle any assignment or challenges that were set before him. Eddie has a strong technical background, and remains current on the latest in technological advances.

As we moved our business synergies to Tampa, FL, it became impractical for Eddie to relocate to a new city. It is with regret that Eddie must leave the NetWolves organization, however, he will be a great asset to any company wherever he is employed.

Eddie Johnson was originally hired as the Regional Project Manager for the Northeast Region. Through his management of 70+ regional deployments Eddie recognized the need for project methodologies and processes to be instituted in our region and quickly worked with the functional teams to institute operations standards. Eddie is a team member that is 100% engaged in the creative process of the cross-functional team. He is able to lead teams by relating the project into a bigger picture, while still focusing on day-to-day details in such a way that he successfully motivates the team and completes the initiative.

He is continually using his experiences on projects to develop new and improved ways to operate the business. Eddie identified a need to streamline our capital management process. Eddie proactively worked with me to design a robust capital management application that is scalable to the enterprise level .He has contributed his engineering expertise in many different ways, the most recent resulting in several patents currently pending for our VOIP initiative.

Eddie Johnson is a team asset who will be sorely missed.

Eddie is an exceptional technology manager, that is always in touch with the pulse of the technology industry. His responsibilities varied and included technology procurement, training, project management, business analysis, and recruiting. He developed standard operating procedures for applications development and procurement. Some of our clients included Time Warner, 24/7 Media, Ameritrade, DLJ and others. I cannot tell you how much money he has saved me by advising me be open minded and consider using open source technologies.
