CHANGE MANAGEMENT
• Corporate structure change – moved franchise & subsidiary organizations into the parent company while maintaining the individual entrepreneurial cultures
• Enterprise wide change - worked as a collaborative Sr. Leadership team member to implement the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), changing to a streamlined approach to business operations
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
• Designed tools, processes & training for enterprise wide Organization Design.
• Defined/developed company, business unit and leadership competencies
HUMAN RESOURCES
• Lead on a variety of “Grand Openings” including: Knott’s Camp Snoopy in the Mall of America
• Developed HR functions from ground up with organizations moving from a PEO, and organizations where the corporate function was located elsewhere (both national and international)

Non-profit work: Board Chair for the Firefly Sisterhood, and formerly an Exec. Board Member, MN Brain Injury Alliance.
