The model became the framework for a corporate library of sales and leadership courses.
I founded a multimillion dollar sales training company in the 80’s. Under my leadership the company designed, pilot-tested, and delivered leadership, coaching, management and sales training courses for corporate clients worldwide. I recruited and managed a team of 12 instructional designers, sales trainers, consultants, account executives and support staff. My methods developed the interpersonal skills of sales people, executives, professionals, managers, in intense, small group, interactive, courses.
I grew up in Australia, hold dual citizenship and have lived and worked on four continents.I have worked with Gannett Company, Equifax Europe, Al Futtain Industries, Volvo, Prudential, and the State of Victoria, in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. I also opened and managed a European office in Brussels to service existing and new clients.
I hold a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University of Rochester where I also co-taught a course in consulting. In addition, I taught organizational development at Rochester Institute of Technology.
