Jonathan runs his firm in Houston, Texas where he lives with his wife Susan and children Jake and Lucy, and specializes in the oil and gas industry.

He grew up in the oil and gas practices of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and KPMG Consulting, and has over 13 years of project execution and change management experience. His projects total more than $500M in budget, $5B in value creation and 400,000 impacted users. Specific project management responsibilities have included project planning, scheduling, forecasting, milestone tracking, communication plan development, utilization tracking, resource allocation, budgeting and reporting. Specific change management responsibilities have included developing integrated change strategies, holistic communications, support and training programs in order to accelerate user adoption and speed to ROI.

Jonathan has also served his clients across the oil and gas value chain, and in every corner of the globe, including Iraq, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Singapore, France, United Kingdom, India, China, Indonesia, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Canada, and South Africa.

He is certified in the project and change management methodologies of Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Chevron, and owns a proprietary database of methodologies, tools and templates leveraging best practice materials from previous companies and clients.
