Following a 30 year corporate career with major global firms, I now speak, write and consult on how companies can maximize their most precious asset: their people. I take the lessons that I've learned through a wide variety of experiences and apply them in practical ways to organizations that want to make the most of their investment in talent.

Engagement overview

I work with clients to master times of complex change - sometimes this is done virtually, sometimes onsite, sometimes a combination. We work together to map out a plan of action, agree on desired results and execute. My projects can last for a year (coaching relationships), a project (a merger/acquisition integration) or ad hoc (developing a performance management system)
