WHO I AM: I'm the girl who took apart her sewing machine in 5th grade and put it back together again - with 2 parts leftover. I still have the sewing machine (and the two parts) and it still works. I learned that I could improve upon existing designs. Dad told me that's what an engineer does, and that's what I loved doing, so I became an engineer.
WHAT I DO: I've added as-needed infusions of knowledge into smart organizations who are trying to get better - knowledge in Quality, Environmental, Health/Safety, Lean Improvement, and international standards like ISO and R2/RIOS.
