Professional summary

I've been in the convenience store industry for over 35 years and the financial services industry for over 20 years. I take projects ranging from trends and opinions in these industries, to contract review and sourcing. I can also serve as an interim CEO or in another senior management role while searches are completed. I have thousands of contacts in these industries that allow me to solve problems by finding trust worthy partners and/or colleagues to assist in almost any business issue and/or initiative. We also manage retail locations under contract when there are takeovers, receivership's, and/or merger/acquisition initiatives in place.

Engagement overview

Depending on the issue/initiative, the initial consultation will last at least 30 minutes and usually not more than 60 minutes.  After that initial consultation, a definitive proposal can be created based on the client's needs.  Pricing for the initial consultation is at $250.00 per hour.  The proposal may include different pricing depending on the services needed.
