Professional summary

Patrick Mulvey enables executives to develop a profitable growth strategy and brings the tools to successfully get that strategy implemented. Assignments can range from just a few days to six months depending upon the client’s needs.

The emphasis is upon how to clarify a compelling vision, architect a credible and compelling plan, and installing the discipline to motivate and hold people accountable for making it happen. Clients can start with a limited scope such a prioritizing issues, or jump-start a war-room with four full-time employees.

I don’t give clients a strategy. I guide client’s own high potential performers to think like world-class consultants and develop their own business growth strategy with constant oversight.

Engagement overview

Engage first by phone or video conference to establish rapport and understand client's perceived need.  Propose a draft scope and refine.  Confirm both value and cost.  Provide material to sell project internally if necessary. Confirm resource commitment, deliverables, and start date. May conduct workshops to establish relationship with management team.
