In addition, Stevie holds the PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), and PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) designations from the Project Management Institute, and CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis. She also holds the ITIL (V2) Manager’s (Master’s) certificate, marked with Distinction and is an ITIL (V3) "Expert." She has earned a Green Belt in 6 Sigma and is a Certified ScrumMaster.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant and trainer, Stevie was employed at US Bank as VP – Process & Controls where she had responsibility for IT-wide Process Improvements, Strategy Development & Implementation, along with related functions. During her previous tenure at Qwest Communications, Stevie built and led a full service PMO accountable for the implementation of 2.3B in contract revenue through almost 200 project managers and 1400 projects.
