Professional summary

With a BS in Hospitality management, spent 17 years working in and managing restaurants and hotels.

Later 13 years as a Senior Level Executive recruiter at Stephen C Gironda and Associates, while starting and building Torch Learning Programs, a teenage Leadership Program combined with our High Ropes team building programs.

In between careers, spent 39 sports seasons coaching wrestling, soccer and baseball from the youth levels(4-5 year olds and up) through 9 years as a high school varsity coach- 5 years as head varsity wrestling coach.

Engagement overview

All day outdoor challenge course and coaching program.
Day begins at 8am and finishes around 5pm.
Day is filled with challenges that allow the participants to see how they trust or don't trust, how they work with partners, how they set and go after goals in life, and how they operate in a team setting.
With the knowledge gained, the participants have a clear picture of the adjustments they can make to attain greater success!
