Winnie started her consulting career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in their Change Management practice. During her five-year tenure, she worked with a variety of clients to create, execute and enhance business strategies.
In 2002, Winnie became the national Director of Learning and Development for Bovis Lend Lease. In this role, she designed and developed several leadership programs in partnership with Columbia Business School, coached senior executives, designed and implemented executive leadership and other training programs, and created a national succession-planning program, among other accomplishments. In October 2005, Winnie left Bovis Lend Lease to start her own consulting business..
Winnie received her masters degree in social work from Columbia University and her bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University.
