• Analyze business objectives and identify opportunities
• Design logistics strategies and operational solutions to provide recommendations to achieve project objectives
• Prior to implementation, ensure the internal resources such as software, people, and third-party sources are ready for the change
• Assist in before, during, and after project implementation; establish project metrics to deliver on time and within budget

A guest speaker to MBA students at the Georgia State University, Yoel authored “The Corporate Drain – Solutions for the Inefficient American Workplace” where he gives an overview of the pathological inefficiencies which exist within the corporate environment. He has also undertaken projects on Supply Chain Optimization and Real Time Material Control and collaborates closely with The Centre for Process Innovation at Georgia State University.

Yoel earned a degree in Project Management from School of Business, The Georgia Washington University. Furthermore, he is a Board Member of Boys & Girls Club Metro Atlanta. He enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Michelle and their three children.
